During the entire Congress, attire will be informal.

Climate

Weather in Paris in September tends to be mild and enjoyable, sunny during the day but colder in the evening. Temperatures can rise during the afternoon to 20 – 22°C (69 – 71°F).

Invitation Letters

An official personalised letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure.  This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme.

Visas

Participants of e-INS 2021 Congress are requested to consult the French Embassy or Consulate in their home country or a travel agency for specific details relating to visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the e-INS 2021 Congress participant to obtain a visa if required.

The processing period for visa issuance may vary between different visa applications. Visa applicants are  therefore reminded to apply early for their visa, well in advance of the anticipated travel date.

Guest Attendance Policy

All event activities (including educational sessions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Liability and Insurance

The e-INS 2021 Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Agent for Italian Participants and Sponsors

As Organizers of the congress e-INS 2021 taking place in Paris, France from 2 to 4 September 2021, we entrust TWT srl, to collect the applications from pharmaceutical companies (participating as sponsors or exhibitors) for the Italian Ministry of Health agency (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco AIFA) procedure, in compliance with the instructions given by the Legislative Order 219 of the 24^th april 2006 – art. 124.
